Pete Kennaugh of Team Sky is doubtful for the Tour de France 2016, after he crashed during Stage 3 the Tour of California on Tuesday 17th May, and broke his collar bone.
He may also be unable to defend his National Road Race title, at the national championships on Stockton-on-Tees on Sunday 26th June 2016.

According to Team Sky doctor Derick Macleod, 'Pete attended the Santa Barbara hospital and X-rays confirmed his right clavicle is fractured. he lost some skin from his shoulder and elbow, but sustained no other injuries. He is in a sling now and getting pain relief and the plan is for him to return to the UK on Wednesday, with a view to seeing a shoulder specialist as soon as possible.'
The 2016 Tour de France begins at Mont St Michel, in the Manche département of France.
