Stage 19 of the Tour de France 2019 is 126.5km from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne to Tignes. From the Maurienne valley, it goes over the Madeleine and the Iseran to get to the Val d'Isère and then Tignes.

The riders set off from Saint-Jean at 1345, and arrive at Tignes between 1723 and 1750.
Stage 19 of the 2019 Tour de France is another relatively short stage, but hard, with lots of climbing - notably the Col de l'Iseran at 2,770m, the race's highest point. Then it's downhill to Val d'Isère, and there's a short climb to Tignes to finish.
