The official Tour de France profile for Stage 9:
The peloton sets off from Saint-Etienne at 1305. The riders are expected to arrive at the finish at Brioude between 1719 and 1741.
Stage 9 of the 2019 Tour de France is a day in the Massif Central. The hardest climb, the Mur d'Aurec-sur-Loire, comes early on (36.5km). There are then two Cat 3 climbs, the second one 13km before the finish. That is also the bonus point.
Christian Prudhomme thinks this is a stage for a breakaway. I'll take a guess, and say that Serge Pauwels will be in it and win.
